World Press Photo Contest 2007
The World Press Photo 2007 contest winners have been announced.

So the annual UP Lantern Parade was cancelled due to alleged security threats.
Of course, with all the work they put in making their lanterns, the College of Fine Arts, under the initiative of their professors, decided to go parading anyway.

Prelude to a Lantern Parade
The UP College of Architecture’s Belen, made by the juniors. Hopefully, they keep the trophies for all three entries (lantern, belen, booth).
With the Lantern Parade tomorrow, the holiday season has officially arrived.
And for those of you who were affected by the Al Gore’s Powerpoint Presentation, save the environment - don’t put up Christmas decorations.

Poster-rific
UP election season is well underway, and it’s evident with the clutter of election posters all over the campus. One campaign poster (or actually, just a general party poster) for Stand-UP stood out.
